Plataformas de Trabajo Cooperativo en la Uni I (Wikis vs Google Docs)

Como la experiencia del doctorado universitario se amplía a la de la enseñanza dentro del área de audiovisuales, (por ahora en narrativas y guión) hay muchas cosas que se van aprendiendo en el camino y que vale la pena aprender, recordar y compartir.

Recientemente tomé algunos cursos del IDES, y sobre todo el último de "Evaluación Continuada en Grupos Grandes" me puso a revisar el tema de las herramientas de tecnología en el aula. Scribd, Slideshare, Zotero, Refworks,Wikis, Google Docs, Moodle, Dropbox... fueron nombres que fueron desprendiéndose el último día de la clase, algunos viejos amigos conocidos, otros por explorar. Incluso alguien me dijo que existía un facebook académico (ni idea, pero si alguien sabe algo...).

Algunas ya las estoy usando, pero cierto que hacerle un seguimiento a la experiencia a través del blog puede tener su gracia, así que aquí empiezo con esta ruta, a ver a dónde me lleva.

Aquí encontré un material que puede ser útil, en caso de que se estén preguntando, cómo yo que todavía no he usado las wikis, cuál es la diferencia con el Google Docs que es el que uso en investigación. Y que sirva este nuevo post para inaugurar una serie de los que vienen sobre esas plataformas  y herramientas que pueden, o no, hacernos la vida más fácil para compartir en la investigación y en la docencia.

The Times normally expects to take one or two trainees at the beginning of each September. Trainees are offered two-year contracts with the second year conditional on a satisfactory performance in the first.

The Times is looking for originality, intelligence and commitment. That commitment should be evident from experience in school, student or commercial journalism. We are looking for candidates with a love of newspapers who have ambitions to become writers and editors. Traineeships are open to new graduates and those who have completed post-graduate journalism courses. We welcome applicants with a degree in any subject and from all backgrounds.

If you do not have a formal training in shorthand, media law and other technical requirements, a course will be arranged by The Times during the first autumn. Trainees normally spend time as news reporters and after that spend a few months at a time in several other departments.

Salary c. £25,000

Applications Letter and CV plus cuttings of published work (e.g. articles for university magazines). Do not send more than five cuttings. CVs need not be more than two pages; briefest details of work experience will be enough. The number of applications always exceeds 200, so be aware that competition is fierce.
